Rep. Jim Costa, co-chair of the Congressional Crime Victim's Rights Caucus, introduced a Resolution supporting National Crime Victims' Rights Week and commemorating VOCA's (Victims of Crime Act) 25th Anniversary.
There are currently 4 cosponsors -- Reps. Ted Poe (TX), Kenny Marchant(TX), Matsui (CA) and James Moran (VA). At least 50 cosponsors must sign on for the resolution to be reported out of committee.
