No on Proposition 102 Next Meeting, Aug. 23

The first meeting in regard to defeating Proposition 102 took place today at the Main Library, 101 N. Stone (Main Meeting Room Lower Level). Many members of the community were in attendance and many ideas to defeat the proposition which would add an amendment to Arizona's constitution defining marriage solely as a "union between one man and one woman," if so approved by Arizona voters on November 4.

On Saturday, August 23, 2:30 p.m. at the Main Library (Main Meeting Room Lower Level) a community conversation on Proposition 102 will take place sponsored by Wingspan, Tucson and Southern Arizona's LGBT Community Center.

More to follow in subsequent posts.
