Thanks to the behind the scenes and "closet" doors maneuvers by the Republican leadership in the Arizona Legislature, the GOP controlled chambers approved their half-baked, ideologically driven induced proposal on a party line vote.
As previously reported and posted, a provision to rescind the extension of medical and dental benefits to the domestic partners of state employees, who have to go through many hoops to be approved for these by the Arizona government (for the past year), would be rescinded if the GOP's financial mangling document is approved.
