Health Care Survey

TUCSON - The Health Advisory Council at Wingspan is compiling a “consumer report” of health care services in Southern Arizona. A confidential survey is posted on their website (www.wingspan.org).

We need feedback from the L,G,B,T,Q community about their experiences with health care practices and providers in Southern Arizona. We want to identify practices and providers who are welcoming and friendly to our community. Please take 5 minutes to go on line to access and complete the survey.
