Six days to go in the current budget for Arizona's state government and budget proposals have been revealed to the surprise of no one and the displeasure to many. Yes Virginia there is a budget crisis but these proposals aren't bipartisan, unless you count the radical-right Republicans and the right-wing Republican legislators as two parties. Well?

Anyhow, HB 2713 and SCR 1042 aren't on the calendar for consideration in the Arizona Senate for today but who knows with the way this "production," has gone so far.
