It's only fifteen more days and if the Republican controlled Arizona Legislature, run by House Speaker Jim Weiers of Phoenix and Senate President Tim Bee of Tucson doesn't reach a consensus with Governor Janet Napolitano, the state government will shut down, just like Newt Gingrich did to the federal government in 1995 and 1996.
