When the terms "constitutional crisis," "essential services" and "authority" are bandied about more times than pies tossed in a Three Stoogies short subject film, it could only mean one thing in Arizona, no budget deal!
Another day has passed and the Arizona state government doesn't have a budget for the next fiscal year which starts July 1, thanks to the posturing and just plain goofing off by the Republican legislative leaders, House Speaker James Weiers of Phoenix and Senate President Tim Bee of Tucson.
According to a fund raising appeal letter by Bee who is running against the great Member of Congress for Arizona's CD-8, Representative Gabrielle Giffords in the upcoming election, Bee touts his legislative skills and leadership to represent everyone and to bring people together to get things done.
