Around the Old Pueblo

Performance artist, Simon Donovan; filmmaker & AVP Manager, Oscar Jimenez, artist & Wingspan volunteer, Maurice Grossman; writer & SCAMP webmistress, Denise DeSio; financial whiz, Doug Cornell; poet, Bette Shapiro; and Vagina Monolog producer & marketing consultant, Lori Riegel will be telling wonderful true tales using the theme "THE SEVEN DWARFS,” as part of the Odyssey Storytelling Series at Club Congress, 311 E. Congress, Saturday, April 12, 7:00 p.m. We've done Lucky Seven and The Seven Deadly Sins - now we're doing another group of seven: Dopey, Grumpy, Doc, Happy, Bashful, Sleepy, Sneezy. This is our 4th year celebration and it's going to be a great show! Tickets are $7 at the door (doors open at 6:30) or get your tickets in advance through the Club Congress website, hotelcongress.com, ($1 service charge). Meet in front of the University of Arizona Museum of Art located on the University of Arizona Campus on the southeast corner of Park Avenue and Speedway, Sunday, April 13, 1:00 p.m. and have a personal guided tour with retired art professor, Maurice Grossman. Park on the street or convenient visitor parking is available at the UA garage on Park Avenue just north of Speedway Boulevard and walk through the tunnel under Speedway.
