Desert Voices finalizes its season of "Hats" with This I Believe on Saturday, April 19, at 7:30 pm and on Sunday, April 20, at 2:00 pm at the Proscenium Theatre, Pima Campus West, 2202 West Anklam Road. Desert Voices’ season of "Hats" began in November with the "Hats" we wear to pay our bills, feed our families, put roofs over our heads. They continued in February with the "Hats" as they wear when performing and entertain ourselves and others, and now presenting the "Hats" worn when in the presence of the divine, no matter what form that may take. Artistic director Chris Tackett said, "With our usual sense of humor and irreverence we look at what we believe and how we came to believe it. Beautiful songs of faith and hope from many different traditions will be interwoven with our personal stories to create an evening that will make you laugh, cry and think." Ticket prices are $18 in advance; $20 at the door. Seniors and students are $12. There are special rates for groups of 6 or more. For additional information or to purchase tickets, call the Desert Voices Box Office, (520) 791-9662. Tickets are also available at Antigones on 4th Avenue and from any chorus member.
